Terms

  1. A signed acceptance giving details of the assignment and agreed charges, together with a copy of our Terms and Conditions and Payment Terms, is required before commencement of any work.
  2. Written quotations can be provided although we reserve the right to amend these if the nature of an assignment changes in any way.
  3. All clients’ work is treated as strictly confidential and will never be used for our personal gain or divulged to a third party in any way. Page2Page are happy to sign confidentiality agreements prior to commencement of any work.
  4. Proofreading – in the unlikely event that any errors are found in work produced by Page2Page Secretarial Services, these will be amended free of charge.
  5. Work is charged at an hourly rate with a minimum one hour on any single assignment.
  6. Payment is by cheque made payable to Page2Page Secretarial Services. If a cheque is returned by the bank, the client will be responsible for any charges arising from this.
  7. A booking form must be completed before any work commences. A prepayment for the first assignment may be required.
  8. Invoices will be sent out on completion of each assignment, our terms are strictly 14 days.
  9. A student discount of 10% will be offered upon proof of eligibility.
