Terms
- A signed acceptance giving details of the assignment and agreed charges, together with a copy of our Terms and Conditions and Payment Terms, is required before commencement of any work.
- Written quotations can be provided although we reserve the right to amend these if the nature of an assignment changes in any way.
- All clients’ work is treated as strictly confidential and will never be used for our personal gain or divulged to a third party in any way. Page2Page are happy to sign confidentiality agreements prior to commencement of any work.
- Proofreading – in the unlikely event that any errors are found in work produced by Page2Page Secretarial Services, these will be amended free of charge.
- Work is charged at an hourly rate with a minimum one hour on any single assignment.
- Payment is by cheque made payable to Page2Page Secretarial Services. If a cheque is returned by the bank, the client will be responsible for any charges arising from this.
- A booking form must be completed before any work commences. A prepayment for the first assignment may be required.
- Invoices will be sent out on completion of each assignment, our terms are strictly 14 days.
- A student discount of 10% will be offered upon proof of eligibility.
